All advertised tours leave from Archerfield airport in Brisbane unless you have booked one of our specific regional departures.

Yes. There are ample outdoor parking spots available for a small daily fee at Archerfield.

Yes, you can request an invoice to be emailed to you so you can pay by direct transfer or at your local bank.

In order to hold a booking, you will need to pay the deposit amount for your tour. Once your deposit has cleared you will be sent an email confirming your booking.

Once you have a confirmed booking you will receive an initial Information Pack with important details regarding your upcoming trip.

While you don’t ‘require’ insurance we always recommend that you have travel insurance for any unforeseen issues that may arise, especially before your trip.

Once your seat is confirmed you will receive an interactive itinerary with specific day to day activities and times for your tour.

We allow 15kg per person on all our tours. There are laundry facilities available at most accommodation locations.

Yes. Most of our tours have a low fitness level required with the main requirement of being able to climb up and down the steps of the aircraft, unaided. Day tours may require walking to the location of interest, but you always have the option to remain on the bus if it’s too far. You can bring a walking stick if needed, but not wheelie walkers.

As we are travelling to some remote areas on our tours you will be booked in the ‘best available’ at that location. In some cases, this will not be the same standard as in large city areas.

We have dedicated local guides at each destination that we travel to as ‘No one knows the area better than a local.’

We do not have a dedicated guide who travels with us, however, we have 2 flight crew who look after the flight and overall tour details and our local guides.

We appreciate that there are many people who may be travelling on their own and we provide very reasonable pricing for the solo traveller.

Once you have received your initial ‘Information Pack’ and confirmation details you will need to fill out your personal details at our secure online page.

Approximately 30 days before your tour date you will receive an email with final details on your departure date and time, crew for the trip and updated weather details for your destination.

Once you fill out your personal details, we are then able to provide our partners with any dietary requirements ahead of time.

You may have your own tour ideas in mind. If you have 8 people and would like a tailored tour, please email us to discuss your ultimate adventure.

We aim to provide as much information as we can however there may be questions left unanswered. You are welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Yes, a wine with your evening meal is included as part of our tour packages.
